Physical Products

Payments
Payment for equipment and services are due-upon-receipt of invoice.

Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase and will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Software, maintenance contracts, support contracts, warranty contracts, on-line downloads and other special-order items may not be returned.

If you wish to return any equipment, you must first contact us for prior authorization and additional instructions.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Digital Products

Digital Products Terms of Service
This agreement is for a 1-year period from execution for access to Five Opportunities On-line Business Resources based on Membership Level.

On-line Services and Product Download
Our products are currently delivered on-line and by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our on-line services and product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you can successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads, we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Payments:
Payment for the Five Opportunities On-line Business Resources is due upon acceptance and paid-in-full for an entire 1-year term.

Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via on-line and Internet download, we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within three (3) days of your original purchase.
