Electronic Buying Signals – Talking Turkey Meeting Spotlight 

As I was preparing this week’s meeting topic, “Taking Your Customer Communications to the Next Level” this particular point really resonated with me that buying signals have gone electronic and we have to include and identify them as valid signals.

We all can recognize the traditional buying signals; Can you give me pricing? How soon can it be delivered? Does it come in red?

But how many of you are recognizing and leveraging the new buying signals; What company web pages has my prospect or customer visited and how many times?  Of the articles and information my company is sending out, which are my customers and prospects reading the most? What is my customer and prospects click through rate statistics? Who else in my customer and prospects organization is interested in my products and services that I can confirm through their electronic activity?

Electronic buying signals provide added insight and will take your customer communications to the next level.
